She sells pastries and cakes to support her wireman husband and 4 children at Angsana low cost flats. It’s a one day at a time paragon.

Since our newsletter feature on her home-based bake business, it went through fluctuating highs and lows. She caters for office, homes, functions and individuals.* In today’s OTRA report we highlight 3 homes where you may actuate revenue and tailor opportunities to benefit them.

The road to recovery or self-reliance may not be easy, but together we can make the one day at a time momentum shine. How you see the marginalised is how you treat them. Stepping Out: Kavita taking the road less travelled for family

No boundary or barrier surrounds the heart of a person that loves their self and others. Single mother, Kavita suffers a leg ligament defect that requires medical follow-up treatment. In spite of this, she works as a house cleaner to meet the needs of her 5 children who live with her at Petaling Permai.

When you reach out to those in need, do not be surprised if something essential occurs. A simple gift of giving becomes an elaborate rich aftertaste of a natural blissful feeling, lingering endlessly and with no side-effects whatsoever. Meet grandmother Vamathi who is a canteen worker at Desa Mentari flats.

Vamathi 58, takes care of her daughter’s children who were left in dire straits. Hers is a story of true grit to ensure that 3 of her grandchildren are schooled. To cope with house rental, school fees and skin treatment of Yuvaneswaran is one her main priorities. On behalf of them she seeks relevant aid.

The one thing marginalised families know about the future is that it comes only one day at a time. Our lives are living testimonies. You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.
